The optimal dosage of Defined Sleep, like all medications, is dependent on a variety of factors including your height, weight, diet, body chemistry and lifestyle. As a baseline, we recommended taking two soft gels (300 mg total) about an hour before bedtime. If more effect is desired, it’s OK to take an additional capsule or two.
Note: It’s best to refrain from taking caffeine and alcohol at least three hours prior to bedtime as they may interfere with Defined Sleep’s efficacy.

I have literally tried everything out there to get better sleep. So far, Defined Sleep is working great! I have slept soundly for two nights. The best thing is that it not only works to help me fall asleep and continues working throughout the night. No trying to fall asleep for hours or waking up at 2:00 a.m. I'm hesitant to say just yet, that this is a winner!
I think it worked? When taken with other sleep supplements I slept really well. On its own I didn’t sleep at all, unfortunately. I’m a tough case though. Easy solutions don’t work very well on me. I’ll keep trying it.
I usually see a 65-75 sleep score, but if i eat well before going to bed and do not drink within a few hours of going to bed I regularly get 85-95 sleep scores. And, if i have to get up in the middle of the night if the dog barks or another reason (;-)), I get back to sleep faster and more easily.
I am so pleased with this product. As someone who has had insomnia for 15 years, I’m actually getting sleep now!
