Is Defined Sleep hemp oil?
No. Hemp oil naturally contains various cannabinoids, terpenes, and other compounds such as THC in varying and often unknown amounts. It's important to note that the majority of these components have not undergone clinical testing in humans. Therefore, the composition and efficacy of hemp oil can differ from batch to batch. In contrast, Defined Sleep offers a precisely measured amount of CBD isolate combined with specific terpene isolates in each capsule, ensuring consistent and predictable efficacy.

What are the active ingredients in Defined Sleep?

What are terpenes?

How Do I Take Defined Sleep And What Should I Expect?
What are the best steps for taking Defined Sleep?
For best results we suggest you take 2 capsules one hour before bed with a glass of water. Refrain from excessive alcohol and caffeine at least three hours prior to going to bed. Focus on sleep and refrain from electronic devices while in bed.
How many capsules should I take?
The baseline recommended dosage is two capsules (300 mg total). If desired, it is safe to incrementally adjust the dosage up to four capsules (600 mg total) to find your optimal sleep experience.
Is Defined Sleep a sedative?
Defined Sleep is designed differently than prescription sleep medications, the majority of which are potent sedatives/hypnotics that often decrease Restorative Sleep. Instead of ‘knocking you out’, our product promotes a more natural, gradual drowsiness – then increases Restorative Sleep by extending the time you spend in deep and REM sleep stages. The result is a deeper and heavier sleep that leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed when you awake–not groggy and hungover.
How do I know Defined Sleep is working?
To best assess the impact of Defined Sleep, we recommend establishing a baseline of your sleep patterns. You can do this by using a sleep tracker like WHOOP, Oura Ring, Garmin or Apple Watch for at least one week. After you have your baseline data, try using Defined Sleep each night for another week. You can then compare the data from both weeks to see any differences.
Will I be groggy the next day?
No. There was no next day grogginess observed in our clinical trial after participants took Defined Sleep. Other studies have reported a sense of next day calmness after taking CBD.

We offer several convenient subscription options for Defined Sleep: Once a Month - A new bottle will be shipped to you every month, on the same date as your initial order. Every Other Month -You'll receive a new bottle every two months, also aligned with your original order date. Once Every 3 Months - A new bottle will be sent to you every three months, again, based on your initial order date. You will receive a notification email one day before each shipment so you know when to expect your next bottle of Defined Sleep. Billing is automated and will be processed using the credit card on file on the day your order ships. If the shipping date falls on a weekend or a holiday, your order will be shipped on the next business day
